If you are not available, please make arrangements for someone else to be present and facilitate access to the vehicle.
Owning or Authorizing the Vehicle: You must either be the rightful owner of the vehicle being towed or have authorization from the owner to request towing services. Accidents & Vehicle Condition: If your vehicle is in poor condition or already damaged before the tow, we are not liable for any pre-existing issues or damages incurred as a result of towing.
